The project was carried out in a village 4 hours drive by car from the capital city of N’djamena in Chad. The small village was in dire need for fresh clean drinking water. The village population is currently 1700 people. The lack of clean water affected their health and hindered them growing crops and to be able to engage in other economic activities.
Through the help of our generous donors, we have been able to complete the well and provide a sustainable source of water for the villagers.
The well depth was recorded at just under 60metres.
