The orphange holds 65 children and 10 staff. Sadly thevorphange we were supporting previously was shut down due to political reason.
HELP Charity in conjuction with Yahya Foundation have now taken over Support for Rufaqa Orphanage
We started the support for Rufaqa Orphanage on April 2021 and that support was launched witht he flowing items:
1- White flour 50kg
2- Sugar 50kg
3- Rice 50kg
4- Brown Beans 10kg
5- kidney beans 10 boxes
6- Tomatoes Basket of 20kg
7- Potatoes Basket of 20kg
8- Onion Basket of 20kg
9- Variety of Vegetables and Fruits
It is worth-mentioning that Rufaqa Orphanage is an Orphanage that hosts about 65 orphans in addition to 10 assisting staff who are dependent fully on charities to sustain running the orphange.
Â
The items indicated above were provided to Rufaga Orphanage based on their real needs expressed by the orphanage administration with the consideration that many other needs are excluded due to the shortage of charities provided and as a result of the current crisis under the Aggression on Yemen.
However we will keep you posted as we progress and see if we can meet other funding needs for Rufqa Orphange
